Jason Lawrence from Fairway Independent Mortgage in Louisville, KY, is committed to taking great care of people who are looking to buy or refinance a home. Jason has been in the mortgage industry since 2001. Since then, he has formed a team and works as Branch Manager for the Fairway – Louisville branch.

After attending Indiana University, Jason spent several years working for Chase Bank before coming to Fairway. This experience has helped Jason identify the needs of his customers in the local community. While not working, Jason loves to spend time with his family and is involved in coaching his children’s sports. He lives in Crestwood with his wife Sunda and their three children.

Jason enjoys working for Fairway Independent Mortgage because despite it being a national lender with over $11 billion in funded production (2015), he believes it maintains a community bank feel. He and his team are able to work seamlessly with his local Fairway operations team to help clients obtain their home financing. Gary is based in Louisville, Kentucky where he has been in the finance industry since 2014, after graduating from the University of Kentucky with a degree in Mathematical Economics. Gary has lived in Louisville for most of his life, acquiring useful knowledge in the preapproval process and helping his clients find their dream home.

Following a few years with Chase Bank, Gary decided to join Jason Lawrence’s team with Fairway after enjoying such a wonderful experience with his first home purchase. Gary's experience has helped shape his focus on the borrower — anticipating their questions, needs and concerns. Service and customer experience will always be Gary's primary concern when helping customers navigate the uneasy (and often unknown) waters of purchasing a new home!

When Gary is not helping clients, he will be found with his wife, Melissa, and their sweet daughter. Together, Gary and Melissa own a wedding photography business that gives Gary a fun, creative outlet. He's also involved with Fellowship Church of Louisville, which is their second family.
